Eva (29) studied neuroscience at the University of Amsterdam. During her PhD research at the same university she studied how nutrition and stress affects the structure and functioning of the brain during the period immediately after birth. The results of her research have been published in several international scientific journals and presented at (inter)national congresses. On the 1st of December, she will defend her dissertation. Currently she works as a brain researcher in a partnership between the University of Amsterdam, the Dutch Breastmilk Bank and Nutricia Research.
