Pascal van Delst
Pascal Delst is the owner of Phood Consultancy. Phood Consultancy is involved with all kinds of quality and sustainability issues in the food chain. Along with Koppert Cress and the Erasmus Medical Centre he looks for opportunities, how growers can offer more ‘health’ with their products. Besides Phood Consultancy Pascal is the co-owner of QFood GmbH in Freiburg, which designs analytical instruments for fast and practical analysis of desired and undesired ingredients in food. Previously, Pascal worked as quality manager at Heineken and as Vice President Food at SGS. Pascal studied Total Quality Management at the University of Lincolnshire, Hull (UK) and Food Technology at the Agricultural College in Den Bosch.
